Ordering

The whole process of ordering on-line from Veil has now been made even simpler with the option of Paypal.  You can now order on-line using Paypal and therefore you do not need to disclose your credit/debit card details.  Alternatively if you do nat have a Paypal account or still prefer to use a Credit/Debit card, our on-line facility still allows this via the Paypal secure web site.  You can be assured with either method that your payment is processed via a highly secure method.

You can order online by just following these simple steps...

1. Choose the colour and the size (if applicable) from the drop down menu that appears next to each of the products.  When ready press the "Pay via Paypal" button. 
   
2. Continue shopping and repeat the above process if required for other products.
   
3. At anytime you can press the "View Shopping Cart" button to see whats in your shopping cart.  Items can be removed from the shopping cart or quantities can be changed from this screen.  Press the return to "Veil's website" when required to continue shopping, OR...
   
4. When you have finished shopping press the "View Shopping Cart" button. 

 If you want to cancel anything or order more than one of an item, just alter the quantities on the shopping basket screen and click Update cart button.

When you are finished, click the Proceed to checkout button.

Here you have the option of paying via Paypal (by logging into Paypal on the right hand side of the screen) or paying via a credit/debit card ( by clicking on "Continue as Guest" on left hand side of the screen) and then filling in your card details.

Postage & Packing will be calculated using the following table:-

All our prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling. Your credit card will be charged in your own currency, i.e. if you live in the USA you will be charged in US$ at the rate set by your credit card company at the time your goods are shipped.

 

Delivery

All items are always in stock and your order should be with you within 7 working days (UK) or 14 working days (Overseas). We will let you know of unforeseen delays.

Returns Policy

Sorry but due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. We recommend that you try out Veil shades using our mini samples or demo kit before buying full products.

When you get to the payments screen, the lock symbol will appear at the bottom of your web browser indicating that you are now on a secure server with paypal for entering your credit card details or paying via Paypal.
